Welcome to Alexis Walter Creations!

I'm Alexis. I am a self trained pour painter located in central Illinois, with flat lands and cornfields as far as the eye can see.

 

I specialize in acrylic pour painting, but dabble in other mediums like resin and combine the two together from time to time. I started pour painting in Spring 2020 during the early days of the pandemic. It was when I had just graduated from my bachelor's program in May 2020 and since it seemed like I would be spending more time inside, I thought this would be a great time to finally try this pour painting trend I had recently discovered. I began recording and posting my pour painting videos onto a YouTube page in the summer of 2020.

 

From there, things have continued to grow and I began to varyingly experiment with acrylic paint and epoxy resin, and even tapping into my graphic  design skills to create digital versions of my work.
